NEWSFLASH: KRISTIN BOESE WINS PKRA VENEZUELA, ALVARO PLACES 2ND IN MENS COMP.
When you’re the best female rider in the world there’s naturally only one choice when it comes to choosing your next sponsor. BestKiteboarding is incredibly proud to announce that 2005 Womens PKRA World Champion Kristin Boese has signed up with the Best Pro Team.
“Kristin’s’ choice to ride Best above several other offers reinforces what a solid product line up we have yet again this year, she’s an excellent ambassador for both the sport and our brand, and we look forward to supporting her in her winning ways,” said Ian Huschle, BestKiteboarding President & CEO.
Fresh from a season in which she claimed six 1st place finishes in the World Cup, Kristin is all fired up and ready for the first round of this years tour.
“The winter is over now and the season actually starts TOMORROW! I cannot tell you how excited I am…not only because the first competition of the year is about to start…but also because I’ve changed kite sponsor! I’ve joined the BestKiteboarding team and can’t wait to show the competition what we are capable of together”.

The second hot new addition to the BestKiteboarding Womens roster for 2006 is 2005 PKRA 3rd place finalist Bruna Kajiya from Brazil. No doubt Bruna will be doing her Best to make sure that Kristin doesn't get it all her own way in the tour, but whoever comes out on top it's guaranteed to be a fantastic season within the womens ranks, the competition never had it so tough.
Over in the Men's ranks, Best has added some more youth to stengthen its position, with former European Champion Alvaro Oneiva leading the charge. If Alvaro is able to unleash the awesome Mobe 10 he's been working all summer during training sessions "
