Some Nanny State New Speak:
"As part of the public consultation that we are undertaking prior to the introduction of new bylaws affecting the seashore and the promenades in the district we would like to know what you think of the Byelaws we are proposing to introduce. The consultation is being undertaken so that we can implement the most appropriate bylaws to deal with any issues that occur in these areas. It may be that not all of the proposed bylaws are needed or that some are only suitable for certain stretches of beach. In order to make sure that the bylaws we introduce will be effective and are right for the area we are asking those who will be most affected to let us know what they think of the proposals. There is a form for you to complete to let us know what you think of the Byelaws we are proposing to introduce.
